Application Instructions
Achieve professional results in minutes with our streamlined five-step process:
  • Prep: Ensure all surfaces are clean and free of debris for maximum adhesion.
  • Dip: Place your raw boards and FPV Hydro Shield into the application pouch.
  • Agitate: Shake gently for 10 seconds to ensure total coverage.
  • Dry: The coating dries instantly. Once dry, you are ready to reassemble.
  • Cure: For maximum durability, heat-cure the components at 140°F–170°F (60°C–75°C) for 15 minutes.
Note: To minimize evaporation, store the product in a freezer when not in use.
Maintenance & Compatibility
If you need to re-solder or repair a component, simply apply a quick brush recoat to the affected area. Our formula is safe for use around buttons, switches, and connectors, and will not interfere with mechanical operations.
